With its prime location at the top of Voss Resort, VOSS LODGE is first and foremost a place for relaxation, rejuvenation and slow living. Whether you are snuggling up in front of the fireplace with a good book or enjoying an early morning yoga session on the deck overlooking the panoramic mountainviews, you will find yourself breathing a little lighter at VOSS LODGE.

The property is also the perfect base from which to explore the vast array of sports and outdoor activities that Voss has to offer. It is a great place to visit all year round. In the wintertime, the lodge has ski in/ski out access to 23 varied slopes in addition to some great off-piste areas. There are also two terrain parks and 18 kilometers of groomed cross-country trails. For more information about the ski resort, go here. From late Spring to late Autumn, a number of hiking trails are available just a few footsteps behind the lodge. For nature lovers, the majestic Vikafjell is also worth a visit.

Voss is a very popular destination for extreme sports enthusiasts, but you can also try these activities even if you have no experience. The sites for all of the activities listed below are located within a 10-20 minute car ride from the lodge and come with an adrenaline rush guarantee!

Even though VOSS LODGE is situated in the tranquil mountainside, the main street of Voss town centre, Vangsgata, is only 5 kilometers away. Here you can find a range of cafes, restaurants and shops. The construction of a new gondola, which will start at Voss Railway Station and end at Hangurstoppen (820 metres above sea level), is estimated to finish during summer 2019.

Voss also hosts a number of concerts, events and festivals throughout the year. For instance, Ekstremsportsveko, the largest sports and music festival of its kind, is hosted here annually in the month of June. The jazz festival Vossajazz takes place during Easter every year.
